My tiled floor and kitchen chairs have a few marks from use, don't worry we know this wasn't you.
My bedroom on the ground floor has two singles that can be pushed together to form an large king. We are low though so aren't suitable for those who have trouble bending down.
You may find some cupboards locked during you're stay, these are just the cleaners supplies, there's still plenty of storage space.
